I mean "dog" days (what a strange locution). In any case, the DD edition of the PCarn is here. Number 50! Let's have a big ... oh, forget it, it's too hot.
So if the Son has two aspects all to Himself, then does that leave only one for the other two Guys, or does that make six total, or what? (Theology is so hard!)
I missed this; film director Edward Yang died on June 29. He was best known for Yi Yi [N.B.: the original DVD release is supposed to be subpar; go for the Criterion reissue instead]. I've also seen A Confucian Confusion (at the NYFF) and A Brighter Summer Day, neither of which, alas, seem to be on DVD. All three films are brilliant. Yang was only 59.
